About Hype
Hype is truly a new kind of computer company. We have an Assembly and Repair Facility where we build new computer systems and do advanced troubleshooting. We have no store front to maintain.
This allows us to provide better service and pricing than the Retail Service Stores. If you have a business computer that has to have extensive repairs, we have free loaner computers we can load your business software on to keep you running. Hype was established in 2002 by Steve and Eric. Eric straight out of college was finding a lot of dishonest advertising and practices by some of the major computer companies and repair centers. Refusing to work for these companies he set out to compete with them.

Steve an Aviation Technician for the US Air Force started working for an automotive parts manufacture after discharge the military service. Steve did automation, robotics and industrial computer maintenance.
Steve having had the same experience with other computer companies joined forces with Eric. They set out to create a company that could serve the Memphis and Mid-South area with high quality computers. They knew what it was like to shop for days or weeks trying to find a good quality computer that had everything you wanted and nothing you didn’t want. There goals was to offer better warranties, better service, and do it all without you leaving the comfort of your home or business.
Together they formed Hype Computer Services. Hype Desktop Computers are built locally with the best parts on the market. Hype builds every computer to meet the exact needs of each customer. Business, Home, Entertainment and Gaming we build the best. Hype warranties it desktop computers for up to four years. During the four year warranty Hype will come out ever year and check/service the computer. Hype warranties are also transferable. If you want to upgrade and sell your old computer after a couple of year, Hype will warranty the computer for the new owner to further elevate the value of your system.
